Meet Victor – Founder & Builder
Victor brings over 28 years of experience in the construction industry and a true passion for his craft. Throughout his career, he has worked with multiple companies, gaining valuable knowledge and hands-on expertise before deciding to start his own business.
What sets Victor apart is his dedication to doing every job with honesty, care, and premium quality workmanship. He believes that no detail is too small and that every project deserves his very best. His commitment to excellence has earned him the trust of homeowners and families who know they can rely on his skill and integrity.
Beyond his professional life, Victor is also a proud father of two daughters, one who studied Construction Engineering and another currently pursuing Neuroscience at East Carolina University. His love for family and his dedication to building strong foundations extend both to his home and to the projects he creates for others.
Meet Jalene – Construction Engineer & Co-Manager
Jalene pursued her degree in Construction Engineering and brings both technical knowledge and fresh perspective to the family business. Working alongside her dad, Victor, she helps manage daily operations, ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Her background in engineering allows her to combine modern construction practices with the hands-on experience passed down from her father. Jalene is passionate about problem-solving, organization, and bringing new ideas that help the company continue to grow.
As part of the next generation, she plays a key role in carrying forward her father’s legacy of quality, while also shaping the future of the business with innovation and dedication.
Meet Jannire – Student & Team Support
Jannire is currently pursuing her degree in Neuroscience at East Carolina University, but she still makes time to support the family business whenever she can. Whether it’s helping with organization, communication, or assisting on-site, she brings energy and dedication to the team.
Her involvement shows the strong family foundation behind the company, where everyone contributes to building something meaningful. Balancing school and work, Jannire exemplifies commitment and teamwork, values that reflect the heart of Vic & Daughter.
